Food safety is our number one priority at Westside Meats. We are a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) inspected facility.

We adhere to a rigorous food safety program that includes the following:

  • USDA certified Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point program (HACCP)
  • USDA inspector onsite daily
  • Qualified HACCP-trained staff to ensure proper sanitation

Every product that goes through our door is carefully inspected to guarantee top quality and safety.
